Water is the human bodys principal chemical component, comprising, on average, 60 percent of our body weight. Every organ of the human body depends on water to survive. It has been known for many years that we can survive longer without food than we can without water. Most people know that not drinking enough water may cause them to be a little dehydrated but they do not realize that it is actually dangerous to run low of fluids.
Do you drink enough water? If youre feeling bad perhaps this is the reason why. I have found that most of the people I talk to do not drink enough water. I have also found that most of these people are depressed, irritable, and just dont feel well at all. Although I am not a Medical Doctor, common sense tells me, if water makes up 60% of our body weight, we need to drink it.
So, How Much Should We Drink?
F
